Delivery

Shipping within the UK

The consumer has the option to choose the method of delivery. This is to accommodate for any time constraints. All options of delivery require a signature when the parcel is delivered.

All orders are dispatched within 2-6 working days from date of order. Please allow 1-2 working days from dispatch date for first class, and 2-3 working days (including Saturday) for second class.

First class orders will be prioritised during dispatch. If you have chosen first class, do email us if your order needs to be dispatched within 1-2 days from date of order. Dependant on the matter of urgency, we will do what we can from our end to dispatch your order as soon as possible. 

International shipping

All international tracked orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days, from date of order. For orders within Europe please allow 3-5 working days, after dispatch date, for your order to arrive. 

For world wide delivery please allow 6-7 working days, after date of dispatch, for your order to arrive.

However there may be shipping delays due to COVID.

All international orders may be subjected to taxes, additional customs fees, and duties at the time of delivery. This is dependant on the country you live in. 

Due to postal guidelines international packages can not weigh above 2kg.

Returns

We do not accept any refunds or exchanges on our hijabs. All items are inspected before dispatch. 

Failed Delivery Attempt

We do not take responsibility for failed delivery if it is due to either the consumer inputting the wrong address, or a fault of the courier. If the package is returned to us we will contact the consumer and reschedule a delivery. Additional fees may apply. If the courier is at fault they should cover the price, which will then be refunded back to the consumer.
